A club for students to explore their creativity, discover their artistic interests, and learn about a variety of art mediums.

Battle of the Books is a voluntary reading incentive program for students in Grades 6th – 8th, in which students will demonstrate their knowledge of the 20 NCSLMA selected books in a team-based, game show style competition.

We believe that the opportunity for participation in a wide variety of activities is a vital part of a student’s educational experiences. Such participation is a privilege that carries with it responsibilities to the school, to the activity, to other students, to the community and to the athletes themselves.

Homework Club provides students with a supportive environment to complete assignments, study, and ask questions. A staff member is available to offer guidance, encourage strong study habits, and help students stay organized. This after‑school program is designed to promote academic success by giving students the time and support they need to stay on track and feel confident in their learning.

Students can receive help with Math homework; reteaching of grade level material; and/or review of grade level skills.

The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is an organization that recognizes middle school students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, character, and citizenship.

The requirements to participate in sports at Brewster Middle School are not complicated, but require explanation. A student will not be allowed to practice or try out for a team until they are eligible in all areas.

Students working together celebrating Brewster Middle School at various functions. The squad will make spirit signs, decorate team lockers, and facilitate other school pride based events. Pep Squad will be present at sporting events during the season to encourage players and show Bulldog spirit.

The robotics club will teach students how to plan, build, and program a robot to meet a variety of competitive challenges.

The Student 2 Student (S2S) organization at Brewster Middle School is a peer-led program where current students help welcome and support new students transitioning to the school. Through friendly guidance, school tours, S2S fosters a sense of belonging and community, making sure every new student feels connected and valued from day one.

An elected group of student leaders who work with an adult advisor to impact their school community and represent the interest of all students promote harmonious relations throughout the entire school.

The goal of the league is to give student athletes the opportunity to learn the game of volleyball and to work on the skills and foundations of the sport.

Yearbook Club gives students hands‑on experience in school journalism by covering events and gathering information to share with the school community. Members will create eye‑catching event flyers and announcements, take photos to support school stories and activities, and assist the Yearbook class by capturing important moments throughout the year.
